Open an agency account, set up your brand and payments, and sell hosting and domains to your own customers. Some steps are done with our team today; they are marked below.

  1. Create your account Self-serve

    Register with your business email. We email you a code to confirm the address.

  2. Ask for agency access Our team

    Contact us from your account and ask to turn on agency selling. Our team enables it and replies by email.

  3. Hosting and domain accounts Included

    Today, hosting is created on our 20i reseller account, so there is nothing to connect. Domain registration through OpenSRS is coming soon.

  4. Set up your brand You + our review

    Add your brand name, logo, store hostname and sender email. Add the two DNS TXT records we show you, then press Verify. Our team connects your hostname with SSL and publishes the store.

    Automatic custom hostnames with SSL are coming soon.

  5. Choose products and prices Self-serve

    Pick which hosting plans to sell under your brand and set your markup or your own prices.

  6. Connect payments You + our review

    Stripe: create a restricted or secret key for your account and a webhook endpoint, then paste the key, your account ID and the webhook signing secret.

    PayPal: create an app in the PayPal developer dashboard and paste its client ID, secret and webhook ID.

    Our team reviews each payment account before it goes live. One-click Stripe and PayPal onboarding is coming soon.

  7. Moving from WHMCS Coming soon

    A guided WHMCS import is coming soon. Until then, contact us and our team will plan the move with you, including switching off WHMCS billing so nobody is billed twice.

  8. Start selling Automatic

    Your customers order on your branded store, get a branded invoice, pay by card and receive your receipt. Hosting is set up on 20i automatically once the order is paid.

What happens next

Steps marked "Our team" or "You + our review" are checked by a person. We email you when each one is approved, or tell you what to fix.
